Domestic Shipping
All Cheshire Cat Co. rugs are carefully packaged and shipped with complimentary insured shipping within the continental United States.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. Once your rug is on its way, domestic delivery generally takes 3–6 business days, depending on destination.
We’re happy to accommodate special shipping requests whenever possible. If you require expedited service or another carrier, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $100, or $50 to Canada, for most rugs. If you are purchasing a smaller piece and the actual shipping cost is lower, please reach out—we’re happy to pass those savings along.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. Buyers are also responsible for complying with all local import regulations. Please note that international orders may require additional time for delivery.
Returns
We want you to feel confident bringing a Cheshire Cat Co. rug into your home. While every rug is photographed and described with care, we understand that sometimes a piece simply isn’t the right fit.
We accept return requests made within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your rug. Once a return is approved, the rug must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery and must arrive in the same condition in which it was received.
Because every rug is one of a kind, we encourage you to reach out with any questions or request additional photos before purchasing if there is anything you would like to see or know more about. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your electronic device and screen settings.
Customers are responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping cost, as well as a 5% restocking fee. Although domestic shipping is complimentary, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund. Once the rug has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded, less these fees.
Any damage, staining, soiling, or other change in condition that occurs while the rug is in your possession will be evaluated individually and may be deducted from the refund. If a rug requires cleaning or repair as a result of its time in your possession, the associated cost may also be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Direct-Sourced Rugs
Rugs sourced specifically at a customer’s request are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Because these pieces are individually sourced and purchased specifically on your behalf based on your requested specifications, we are unable to accept returns once the rug has been purchased.
Before purchasing, we are happy to provide additional photographs, measurements, videos, and details to help you make an informed decision.
